it's official - I am a registered student in the Public Admin with Ryerson. I received marks for the first two courses and I passed both - surprisingly.
One aspect of this course I don't like is having to read material or articles that are painful and saddens me. Last evening I read about American history and the American Indian 'genocide'. One passage describes a small boy around 3 years old, who becomes a target for three Americans. The third shot kills the boy.
I am tired, I will have to continue this later.

Travelling
I returned home on Wednesday afternoon. My short trip to Victoria has left me feeling exhausted. Overall, the conference was informative and a change from being at work. Lately I have not enjoyed being at work due to the amount of politics and idiotic personalities. I am trying to find something else that I can focus my energies so that I can put those fools behind me. Sometimes it is necessary to get rid of those who hold us down.
University of Victoria was beautiful and I probably would have had a better time if I had more time to explore the area. Next time, it is probably best if I did any planning on my own. There were plenty of rabbits around which totally freaked me out - I was not expecting this at all.
